Here’s what Lloyd had to say at the end of this year’s Brighton Half Marathon:

“Congratulations to the Doctors for Nepal runners who completed the Brighton Half Marathon today. It was at the finishing line of this event exactly a year ago Cesca Eaton asked me if I’d consider running the marathon distance in aid of DFN. Many thanks to those who have donated so generously already . . . . I’ve chosen Doctors for Nepal because of the vital work they do in Nepal. You will remember the awful earthquake they had there a few years ago, which made an already challenging environment for healthcare professionals all the more difficult. Even though you or I may never experience or see the work DFN deliver first hand, I believe supporting this work in a country far less fortunate than ours is a small but worthy contribution to make.
