Case Study by Dr. Meena: A Young Mother in Need of Emergency Care

Thank you to Dr. Meena (pictured here with fellow DFN doctor, Nahakul) for sending us this case study from her time working in Mugu. London to Brighton Cyclists Triumph!

Inspirational cyclists, Nigel Lewers and Konrad von Szczepanski, conquered the London to Brighton bike ride at the weekend in aid of DFN. They successfully completed the the 55 mile long ride on Sunday, which took them from Clapham Common, through the Surrey and Sussex Countryside, finishing at the seafront in Brighton. Through their efforts they raised an incredible £1215 for DFN. This will make a real difference to the lives of people in rural Nepal and we can't thank them enough for taking on this challenge! Every penny will go towards helping our students, doctors and nurses improve healthcare in rural Nepal so they have made a real difference!
