Flash floods triggered by a major landslide have torn through communities along the Nepal-Tibet border this week, devastating the districts of Rasuwa, Nuwakot, Dhading and Gorkha. Homes, bridges and roads have been swept away, and rescue teams are still searching for survivors as the death toll continues to rise.

Doctors for Nepal is launching an emergency appeal to fund urgent medical support and relief for the communities affected. We will work collaboratively with our partners to provide supplies, emergency care, and support for local health workers who are on the ground.
