LAST CHANCE TO BUY FUNDRAISING SCREENING TICKETS

Just over one year has passed since the devastating earthquake that rocked Nepal in April 2015.  Many are still living in appalling conditions, and struggling to survive.  DFN is still supporting the rebuilding of various health posts destroyed by the quake, and will continue to support these projects over the coming months.  Our 7 scholarship students are flourishing at medical school, and Meena and Nahakul graduate as doctors for Nepal later this year. We are absolutely delighted to announce that we will be commencing nursing scholarships from August– more news to follow shortly.

This week we invite you to two London viewings of the wonderful documentary that we have been making for the last two years, on 25 and 27 May.  Jon Snow (C4) says “It’s a lovely piece and a very neat, acute and moving insight into the way things are post earthquake in remote Nepal… Congratulations.”  So please do come along and enjoy the opportunity to raise funds for healthcare in Nepal.  Invite anyone who may be interested.  Please note there is also a screening in Birmingham on 3 June.
