Oxygen equipment arrives in Nepal

DONATE TO COVID NEPAL APPEAL

We are VERY pleased to announce that, through some of our supporters’ amazing donations and the extremely quick response by DFN and PHASE NEPAL, we have been able to send a 10 litre much needed oxygen concentrator, along with 8 oximeters and 40 sets of PPE to Patan Hospital in Kathmandu. The equipment arrived this morning, 20th May, and our very own Dr Kamal was there to sign the receipt on behalf of DFN. A jeep loaded with more concentrators, oximeters and PPE is now on its way to the remote regions of Kalikot District Hospital, the Karnali Academy (Jumla), and Mugu District hospital all remote regions in the far west of Nepal. Huge thanks must go to PHASE Nepal who have collaborated with us to make sure that the right equipment gets to the right people.
