As a result of our urgent Covid Nepal appeal, Sarah Gorrell at BBC Radio Sussex, interviewed our founder, Dr Kate Yarrow yesterday, as her guest of the day. During the interview Kate gave a brief history of Doctors For Nepal but mainly focused on the ever increasing Covid crisis in Nepal, and in particular in the most remote regions. Emergency equipment now in use

As a result of our emergency appeal for funds to buy desperately needed oxygen cylinders and concentrators for remote regions of Nepal, our equipment has arrived and is being put straight to use. Oxygen concentrators, newly arrived in Mugu District Hospital in one of the most remote regions of Nepal, are now helping many of the local people suffering from Covid.
