Laura and Sophie are running in two very different but equally challenging events at the end of May, and are raising funds for Doctors for Nepal. One year has now passed since the devastating earthquake rocked   Nepal, killing 9,000, and leaving 2.8 million displaced, and in need of  humanitarian assistance.
