Funding needed for charity film

DFN is in the process of finishing off a 60 minute documentary film about healthcare in rural Nepal. It follows the journey of patients trying to urgently access medical care, an anxious and heart-wrenching journey for both the patients and viewer. The filming was undertaken 2 weeks prior to the enormous earthquakes that rocked the country in April of this year; instantly making the footage out of date (pre-earthquake). We are desperate to be able to complete filming, in order to be able to use it to its’ full fundraising potential (by taking the film maker back to Nepal, and using an Emmy-Award wining documentary producer who has generously offered work on the film to take it to completion). Rather that use money already donated, we are appealing to donors to help us complete this challenging project – which will be used for film festivals and DVD sale, to raise funds for the future  works of the charity.
