Gareth is an internationally awarded self-shooting director, producer and filmmaker, with over ten years experience. He has worked all over the world, producing films and digital content for a variety of organisations, production companies and charities, with his clients including the BBC and the National Geographic.

Sangita Baruwal

Sangita is part of our Nepal Admin Team. She offers her time to DFN through our partnership with Phase Nepal. Sangita is a qualified nurse and now holds a senior role in which she is responsible for supervising nurses studying and working all over rural Nepal. She comes with a wealth of experience in remote healthcare and education and she is one of our ‘women on the ground’ when it comes to ongoing updates and developments in the lives of our scholars and the wider landscape of medical care in Nepal.

Sumati Shakya

Sumati is part of our Nepal Admin Team. She offers her time to DFN through our partnership with Phase Nepal. She has a background in education and is currently doing further study and research in this area. She comes with a wealth of experience of remote healthcare and education and she is one of our ‘women on the ground’ when it comes to ongoing updates and developments in the lives of our scholars and the wider landscape of medical care in Nepal.

Caz Winter

Caz has a background is in social care management and prior to joining DFN, she was operations manager for a supported living company for clients with complex care needs. She has previously worked in hospitals, clinics and other healthcare settings, which provided her with an appreciation of the complexities of healthcare in impoverished communities in the UK and abroad. Along with her role at DFN, she is an freelance English teacher and writer.
